Willow & Wisp is a sole representation agency for modelling. We do not charge any joining fees and do not require a portfolio to apply. Flexibility is a must, as castings are often confirmed at short notice. The majority of work takes place in London but can be anywhere in the UK or overseas, you must be willing to travel and sometimes at your own expense. Most shoots happen during school hours, so it’s important that families are comfortable with their child taking time out of school.  A parent or guardian must attend all jobs, so please consider your own work commitments before applying. Shoots are often lively environments, with new faces, lighting equipment and several outfit changes. Please make sure your child is confident in this kind of setting and happy to listen and respond to direction. As part of your application, we require at least two clear headshots and one full-length image following our Photo guidelines. Please note: If the pictures do not follow the guidelines the application will be declined.
