Models/talent when applying/registering we will collect:
•Full name of child (including any middle names), gender and date of birth.
•Phone number, email, and address.
•Bank details to pay child after a job has been completed.
•Sensitive data such as race/ethnicity and height to ensure that we find child work where they meet the brief.
By signing the contract, you agree for Willow and Wisp to actively use your child’s data to help secure them work.

Personal data collected in paper form is stored in locked filing cabinets and shredded when no longer required.
We regularly monitor cyber security risk assessments and apply suitable controls to reduce or prevent any vulnerabilities or threats. Personal data stored in digital format is on secure cloud servers with access to data highly restricted for approved business directors only.
